Default Cam Help???

I have 03 ECSB 4.8 and am looking to do a cam. What cam would you recommend to me if I was looking for low end and mid? Is there a good cam for that or would I just need to get a all around cam if so which one? I have a stock stall but will upgrade later! Should I not do the cam untill I get another stall. If you recommend a certain cam for me let me know if I need springs and anything else to make it work out!

212/218 high lift version is a good cam for down low and mdrange power. you will need 918 springs, and can put in new pushrods and ti retainers if you want but is not required.
