Default Cam Help?

Does anybody know what length pushrod I need if I buy the comp cams 558/563 lift 212/218 dur. camshaft. This cam seems to be the most popular cam size so I think I will try it out.

2002 gmc sierra 4.8 , 3.73 with locker, whipple 10 lbs of boost ,Nelson tune, headers and hopefully a cam soon
