Do you want more power or do you want to be able to drive it? lol If this is a daily driver, that is plenty before you put a set of ported or 243 heads on it. What gear do you have?

I would run the 220r from Texas Speed! 220 intake 220 exhaust 600 lift on both and you can run that on a 110 - 114 LSA.

Several people on this forum can vouch for me when I say that the 220r cam with a 3000-3200 stall is a sweet set up for a 5.3 truck. I ran that combo for a really long time and it was the most fun my truck has ever been. Power all over the board and had a nice clean sounding idle for a truck. The 224 intake is getting a bit big for a 5.3 IMO. Many will say otherwise, but I would not run anything that big on a 5.3.

Definitely agree with slow05cc considering the rear gear. Want some stall and that 224 may be a little much...
