well doesnt ym 4.8 have flat tops? i have a set of 799s for my truck, i was gona get milled .25 or .30 and try the tbss intake but people kept saying nooooooo u will lose power

My truck is an 09, came stock with 243's and the tbss setup stock.

the 90mm swap may not be whats best for you...some say its too much for a stock
head 5.3 an some say its just right. i dunno, i say try the parts and if they dont work try something else. do as much research and look at a ton of dyno graphs! real
world track times and combos. some baby combos do very well an put a hurting on those big cam/converter combos! a lot may not think it but look at all the people running the 212/218 and 214/220 cams running very good times and dangerous mph (100-104mph)

^^^ very we'll said.. ur best option is to try it... I never tan 1/4 but my baby cam on my 5.3 is putting great numbers at the 1/8
