Ohhhhh ok that explains his better 60'... this is all out of a 4x4truck ecsb 5.3.. u know that 90mm has proven not to loose torque..well the tbss swap is what im revering too anything else yea ..but if he did the tbss I think his curve might be pretty similar just higher.. ill be doing it on my truck also.. most say they loose power but they r on regular 5.3s mine already came with 799 heads so let's hope it likes the tbss intake!.

ive seen a truck go from a 78mm to a 90mm and lose .2 an 2-3mph. put the 78mm bak on and it ran stronger through the powerband.

i think the 243/799 with flat tops may be better. id like to see you run a 78mm then back it up with the 90mm and see how it does. if someone had the 78mm returnless style dbc setup (complete) id run em back to back in my WT to see the difference.

I think I will b the first to try it.. lol.. I have the 799experiment with flat top piston set up .. cam on the 5.3 ho engines but we got the 78mm intake.. I will b doing a back to back but just not at the track.. I can't local track is. Closed thirsday and illa b gettingthe cam and stall in Saturday... ill do a couple street passes on the phone apps c if that detects a difference.. only reason im so confident is because the Nnbs trucks cone with 243s and flat top and they run great.. I guess we will c.. mines a direct swap other then the x link

Its 78mm .. but im sure u will loose power since the 243 heads r ment to flow what the 90mm gives it that's y I feel ill gain.. I know many have lost power but they r on non flat top piston 5.3s with none 799 heads
