Default Cam?

I have a Z71 rcsb with a 5.3 and I was wondering what size cam you guys would recommend. The truck is a daily driver and needs to be reliable and make decent power, I am going to go with a nelson tune when all is said and done. So, what size cam would you recommend and what other mods before the tune. Anything info. will help. Thanks.

Already have headers, K&N Intake, highflow magnaflow cats and muffler.

all depends on what you can live with. If you go offroading you'll want one that makes good vacuum.

i have the 210/218 114 in my daily.. I farm so i startup and drive the thing ALOT during the day! Its very nice, but I lost a little low end with that cam and deleting my cats.. but above 3k its awesome!

the bigger you go, the more low end you would loose.. then you have to look into stalls.. im gonna get the TB stall for mine to make up for low end loss
