I would definately go with the 216/220...
the 212/218 is a great cam but that specific one with the 115LSA just doesnt convince me, do what wheatley did, he custom grinded the 212/218 but on a 114LSA, and his CC is running damn strong with it...

I've got the 216/220 and it pulls pretty hard. Prior to that I had a 218/228, so that's the only personal experience I have to compare it to, but I love the 216/220. The lower lift gives a lot better torque than a cam with higher lift.
Just a P.S... You might want to clarify what YOU mean when you say "more power". Almost any cam is going to give you more power over stock, you just need to know first of all WHERE you want the power to be (low-, mid-, or top-end) and then find the cam and converter combination that will give you the desired results. Some excel at top-end for example, but suffer in the low-end. Some have a good range all across the board. There are lots of variables.

hey thanks alot guys.
Moze, i know what you mena. i should have bene more specfic. i guess more all around power would be best. ive got the fbody cam in my 4.8L right now. and i could tell a difference with it. thanks again everyone.

One more thing - you might want to skip the shorty headers and go with long tubes or mid-lengths. I think if you did a search you'd have a hard time finding anyone recommending or even running shorties with good results.

I don't design cams and am certainly no expert on the matter. Which is why I called all the experts. So when I say a lower lift gives you better low end torque, I'm going by what Comp Cams, Crane Cams, Lunati (Holly), Thunder Racing, and Futral Motorsports all told me.
