Question C1 Cam?

Well i'm getting rid of my ls6 cam for a C1 cam. I was just wondering if anyone has or has heard a C1 on a truck. How much power would it put down? Is there a cam similar to the C1(same specs) that y'all have heard.

The C1 was affectionately known as the Hammer cam. Mainly because Raughammer from LS1.com/LS1Tech.com made it famous. If I remember correctly it was a 222/.555/112 or soemthing very similar to that. It was a nice cam for mildly built LS1 cars.

I think it was on the Comp XE high lift lobes, so it was a 222 .56x lift 112 cam. Thats a pretty healthy cam for a 5.3 and you'll need custom tuning to run it.

Thanks Deckhand,

I know I have to get a tune because my truck won't be able to hold the cam without it.
