looks like the stock gaskets are they way to go. so the only way to stop it from leaking if it does is the copper rtv? anyone have a part number for the stock manifold gaskets?

the bolts are 8MM x 30mm or so. I just put my LPPs in last week, and like you, I was missing the head off the back driver's header bolt. As for gaskets, i just ran a 3/8" bead of copper RTV all the way around the ports on the headers the day before the install. Once i noticed the missing bolt, i put a little more fresh RTV over that port to help. Re-used the stock bolts (with a little anti-seize on the threads) and bolted them up. No gaskets, just the copper RTV. No leaks, no problems, and i recommend this procedure to anyone. IT hasnt failed me in the last 4 cars i've done it to. Even in my old coupe, i was missing 2 header bolts and another 1 or 2 were loose on the same flange, and i still didnt have any exhaust leaks. Plus i figure if the turbo guys use copper to seal their turbos to the flanges, it should be good for a n/a application.

look about 5mm too short and 50 bucks too expensive. Just re-use the stock bolts or go to your local hardware store and get some strong 8mm x 30 bolts. The store i went to here in my hodunk-podunk town had allen head bolts and the reduced head-size hex bolts, and either way would have cost me about 8 bucks.

imo compare the bolt size, to the bolts that come with the LPPs

i replaced mine with some stage 10 bolts from a local nuts n bolts store... the head on them are 13mm

do not use the lpp bolts their cheap as hell, and will break...

the bolts that came with my lpps were 35mm long. they were like 5mm longer than the stockers.
