Steel tools on aluminum fittings = chewed up fittings

Aluminum tools on aluminum fittings = shiny/pretty fittings

Nah it's cool I should probably have my own set. I don't like borrowing tools that I need because then I'll just need to borrow them again and again. Thanks for the offer though

Got the stock feed line and filter removed and installed the new feed line and filter. Have to wait till the motor is in to connect it to the fuel rails, and have to wait till the bed is emptied of parts so I can lift it to make the connection to the fuel bucket.

Looking back towards the tank


Front of the tank, fuel filter is on the frame rail on the right


Fuel filter setup. I used the sheath and mounting bracket from one of the old Walbro inline pumps I had laying around. Fits perfect. Bolted through the stock hole for the stock fuel filter.


This is the tranny crossmember mount on the driver's side...routed the new line with the stock return and evap lines.


Followed the stock lines up and over the trans tunnel


And this is looking up the firewall from underneath
