I love my Magnaflow, its stainless, cheaper than corsa, sounds great, and has no interior drone.

Default Corsa Here

Borla's are popular for sure but will resonate in the cab some. More so than a Corsa. If cab noise is not an issue then it's a toss up between the two. They both have their own sound.

You gotta be carefull with an SUV, they tend to take on exhaust resonance more than a truck due to the big cab.

What it sounds like you are looking for describes the Corsa Touring (quieter) edition I have on my truck. See my signature.
Just loud enough in the cab at normal city speeds to indicate it's there. At highway cruise speeds it is silent in the cab. When you floor it and it gets to the mid to upper revs it opens up nicely.
When cruising, at it's loudest in the cab one does not need to speak any louder or run the volume up on the audio. It runs out better, I lost no low end and MPG is unchanged.
The Sport edition is louder when ran hard and raspy compared to the Touring.

Long Tube headers are known more for low end gains compared to shorty's.

Let us know what you get and how it works for you.
