I have stock exhaust but my .02 would be the Borla XR-1 supposedly it has really low interior resonance which is a prioirty for me anyway. I've heard good things about the Corsa as well. I'd say either way you should be good. Don't give people much time to respond if you are buying it tonight. Try searching if you haven't already.

I had a Corsa hanging out the side of my old 5.3... It was loud loud loud at anything over part throttle. You could hear it echo off surrounding landscape. It was what they now call the "Sport" system, I believe. I think the Touring one is a fair amount quieter, but I don't know how much.

The Corsa system had a real nice "raw" sound to it.

Corsa rocks. I got mine for 480 shipped. I bought the single 3" side exit. Sounds stock inside, but roars on the outside. I had borla on the WS6, good sound, but it resonated SP?? like crazy inside the car. Plus you can get the corsa fixed at a GM dealer if warranty arises. http://www.corsaperformance.com/flashsilverado.htm

My truck sounds just like what it does on the website. The cost is high, but you definately get you moneys worth. Either system is good. But I will take corsa anyday over borla. I have had both, Corsa wins my support and money from now on. Quality is excellent and unmatched.
