Default best programmer for duramax?

Good friend and customer just bought new duramax and feels that need for speed.I have personally had my butt kicked by one with an Edge program but the local speed shop sells accellerator.Opinions from diesel guys would be a
appreciated.Thanks Jim
ps. this is TnTrk 53 on Whitts computer.I don't think many diesels that don't come out of the Banks shop can beat his Tahoe.

I've heard good things about the Edge Juice box too.

whitt1,

Big Tex is right edge is good. I would hit up http://dieselplace.com/forum and check out their section on upgrades. It really depends on what you are planning to do. Right now he will be limited by the allison, which depending on who you talk to can only take about an extra 125 hp or so. With a good tranny build up and a quad box he should be well into the low 14's or high 13's. For more info check out that site, it's much better than the dieselpage.com
