I had virtually no cabin noise on my Corsa till I gutted the cats. It is still better now than some systems I have heard. Corsa is pricey, but IMO you can't beat it.

Corsa It sounds almost stock while cruising with absolutely no resonance and gets a lot louder as you get on it. And I have long tube headers and no cats. If you gut the cats it will be very loud at wot but tame as a kitten on the highway.

Off topic, but Dave your sig looks sweet now. My Flo-Pro was good until I installed the cam, now the resonance is back.

I have a Corsa system in my YukonXL and compared to other performance exhaust systems i've heard its one of the quietest if not the quietest. If you are looking for a stock-like quiet, in my opinion stick with the stock muffler. Ok back on topic, i do notice a little bit of resonance at certain rpms under heavy load but i had that with the OEM system. (I've attributed that to that just the large interior volume of the stretch SUV's naturally have some level of resonance, and ofcourse having a sunroof does not help as it adds a hollow spot to the roof.)

To summerize, the Corsa system will never come off of my Yukon, and even if it does come off they're gonna have to pry it out of my cold-dead hands.
