I've had one on my truck for about a year and a half. The first thing I noticed after installing it was that it made my truck sound like a vacuum cleaner. I also noticed slightly better throttle response. About 6 months later I finally got around to having Wheatley tune my truck ,which made it even better.

I usually recommend a TB as one of the last bolt-on mods that you do after an induction, exhaust, headers and a tune. It's usually good for about 7-10hp.

That's where I'm at, with keeping the truck intake. I've read so many complaints that I wonder if it's a poor product design or if it's just a tricky installation.

A properly ported stock TB has more flow area than an 80mm aftermarket TB due to the front half of the throttle bar being removed. Look up my how to post I did about a year or so ago to see how to do yours.

Teddy~ just port your TB you have now. They when you do a fast intake do a 90/90 combo.
