I know I'm gonna watch you throw and eat up a lot of those 6-rib belts before you accomplish much. LOL

6-Rib sucks! Hahahaha

The stock ATI setup started eating belts around 500rwhp on GMC SKI's truck if I remember right.

I don't care if a truck uses a super or turbocharger if it makes 800 it'll be badass. Turbos just seem to have less problems at higher hp levels since they don't run off belts.

Your totally right, i agree 100%, but parish seems to have the turbo thing goin on so i will try the blower side up. if it eats them too much, i will try 8 rib, if it eats those im goin to go gog then. By the way is there someone that makes 8 rib accesory pulleys for our truck yet?

you would be better off with a AUX pulley that bolts in front of the balancer with a 10 rib set up. Will be cheaper IMO.

Nah, too much money for me. My plans include a simple 6.0L block with forged pistons, rod bolts, head studs etc. and a stock crank to keep costs down. I wanna be able to run 18psi or so and run well into the 11s. I don't need this to be the fastest truck, I would have too much competition for that. I just want a respectable daily driver that can spank most street cars.

why dont you run a cogged belt setup, not to get off topic but i was thinking about doing the same thing as 2tone, why dont more people run centrifugal s/c on their trucks, i mean whipples and magnachargers are awesome, but you can get some wicked flow ratings out of vortechs and ati, etc. just wondering
