Default backspacing for 16x8 wheel?

I'll be putting 28x10 Hoosier's on them, and I dont want to be sticking out OR rubbing on anything - and Idea about backspacing 5.5? 6?

I use the 28" tall M/T ET's on 16x8 centered, 4" out-4" in and they are fine and look good.

yes anything more than 5.5 and puts you close to the brake line bolt on the caliper.

heres an old pic of 28x11.50 on 8" with 5 b.s.

do you think a 10" wide Hoosier slick will be enough? Once the radix goes one it will be arount 380rwhp, maybe more. I dont want to hurt the trans/rear end/driveshaft so maybe 10" would give some room for minor slipping/safety measure kind of thing....?
