Default Avalanche turn down???

Is it safe to turn-down an avie? I know there is some differences in them and p/ups. Anybody done this? Help , Taking it for a muffler this mornin!

Yep...shouldn't be a problem dumping it. Just stay away from plastic pieces and your fine.

I run a Race Ready Electric Cut Out and it dumps right under the passanger seat (The Ladies love it ) and i don't have any problems...

legally you'll need to route the exhaust beyond the passenger cabin. this means SUV's shouldn't be dumped at all, truck beyond the cab, etc. this is for the purpose of preventing carbon monoxide poisoning, which is an odorless and very slow killer FYI

Ah the joys of not living in a state with inspections... LoL

But, he is right about the gasses, i would not do a Dump pipe under the truck cabin if it is permanent... Thats why i like my cut out...
