If you handy with a metal saw and welder you can order a bunch of J or U bends and fab it up yourself. That is what do/done...

I bought a bunch of bends from jegs and had a shop do mine. I provided all of the parts and it turned out very well.

I think I'm gonna hafta order some J/U-bends and have a shop do it too. For yall that have done so already, about how much raw material do you need?

I'm only exiting in front of the rear tire with 2.25" duals, so I'm figuring only like 3-4 U-bends and some length of straight pipe and that outta do it, but thought I'd see how much yall had to use.

I do not have any pics but I will describe it. I bought the jegs street rod 3" kit which has more material than you will need but I wasn't sure how much I would need for the job. out of the collectors of my stainless works headers i used two 2.5" dynatech band clamps into two 2.5" -3" flowmaster reducers and ran 3" straight back over the trans x-member on both sides. The passenger continued straight back into a 3" magna spun cat and the drivers side crossed over at a 45 angle after the x-member into another 3" cat. both then go into a magnaflow 3" x- pipe and into two borla 5" round sportsman XR-1 race mufflers then two fabbed turndowns dumped before the axle.. sounds killer and I can feel a lot of top end gain.

depends on the size pipe.

no-one in my town will touch 4" tubing...sucks, so I have to fab it up myself.

some shops, if you hit them in a dead time, will cut you a good deal on bending your pipe like you want, if you can tell/show them how you need it done.
