Lets say you get two motors tuned to have the same crankshaft HP at simular RPMs', both in the same kind of vehicles but one has 3.42 and the other has 3.73 gears.
Are the difference in gears going to effect the amount of RWHP at a given RPM or the total output rating?

Gears will not effect the RWHP rating.

and you will love the radix. I installed one for a customer last weekend and, like you, he was a stickler about his truck. His 01 4X4 was very well taken care of. I spoke with him yesterday and he told me he couldn't be happier with it and has no regrets about doing it.
