EGR delete will do NOTHING for performance, it just cleans up your engine bay. Throttle body bypass re-routes the coolant hoses to your throttle body. This helps keep your throttle body cooler, which means your in-coming air should be cooler. Ported/polished throttle body is also a good idea. A cooler thermostat won't give you added power but it keeps your engine cooler, which, gives you more consistent power(that's the best way I can describe that).

Port/polish throttle body- ~5hp
Underdrive pulley- ~10hp
Throttle body bypass- ~1? if that
T-stat- 0hp
EGR delete- 0hp

sorry for the late response.. didnt see this in here..
one other item you can look at is some head work.
and maybe some low end work..
you just about have everything else done..
trying to think what else is diffrent from your set up, than mine..
only thing I see is the cam, and gears.

what are your goals???
and what kind of times are you putting down?

navy,
to it's really going to be in the tune..
I havnt seen to many guys with your cam get down into the low 13's, but I am not saying it cant happen..
I would look into the tune, and try and sqeeze everything you cn out of it.
