Default Assistance with cam choice.

Well this site is amazing. I am a newbi to FI trucks and this site and have some questions on a cam choice. I have a 2003 gmc 1500HD Regency. I have a six in lift with 35 in tires, it has the 6.0 engine. I have seen that the Z06 is a popular choice, with ls6 springs. Would these be factory items or aftermarket. Then what would be the best type of tune. Future plans consist of a procharger and 4.56 gears. Will this cam be ok for that and for driving longer distances. Road trips ect. My main goal is to make it a bit quicker and more power with out having to look at check engine lights. Thanks for the help.

Zo6 cam probly not the best ca for yor truck. Not sure what the best cam for fi is anymore used to be gt-3 i think madke great power with blower. with a good tune from one of our sponors, roadtrips should be no problem. Also look into some tranny upgrades for all this new power. goodluck have fun
