I recently installed my ASP pulleys in my driveway myself. The stock bolt is 103mm long. I bought a 120mm stainless steel bolt from a local hardware store. The extra length gave me a better bite when pulling the new ASP crank pulley onto the crankshaft. It worked so good I left it in. I did add a large flat washer under the bolt head since the factory bolt has a built in washer on the bolt head. The results were great (more HP). I'd highly recommend the ASP Pulley set. I added the alt pulley too. The voltage drops at idle, but I do mostly highway driving so it's not a real problem for me. I already have all the other bolt on mods. like HPPIII, stainless headers and catback, cold air induction, TB bypass, EGR bypass, Taylor Thundervolt plug wires, etc. so I wasn't sure I'd notice any difference, but as soon as I pulled out of my driveway it was obvious that it made a BIG improvement.

OH my Lord the California Cake Boy must be thinking his little 16 year old sack has droppped or sumtin. I am fixing to go listen to some BB King , eat some bbq, drink a few, and look at the 1000's of motorcycles that are in town. Then I will be back to take you to school young grasshopp-ah. And if you pay real close attention, you might learn somthing. BTW I have seen many 5.3 reg cab trucks, mine, being one of them. Are you sure you are not looking under standard equipment? Are you sure yours doesnt have a 4.2 or a 4.6 and doesnt have a blue little oval in the front? If make it back home tonight I will finish this little chat with you. Did you name your self after a wake board or a surf board? I think I will change my screen name to Nurf or Huffy. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> kids! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />
