Just a "by the way," the TOGs can be ceramic coated if you want to. Pretty good write up here.

I'd opt for TOG ones. The build quality is outstanding from what I have been reading about them. A send out to JetHot and you have probably the most durable headers around

I'd say 15-25rwhp depending on if you run duals, have cats, what mufflers, etc. It will be subjective

I was facing the same dilemna a while back when I bought my ASMs from Tbyrne. Personally I would go with the ASMs. Their quality is AWESOME and leaves nothing to be desired. I couldnt imagine a much better header.

The ASMs made a noticealbe seat of the pants AND dyno proven power increase for me. I gained at LEAST 30hp to the wheels on my 03 with a UPD intake, corsa exhaust and ASM headers. I wouldnt be surprised if the ASMs accounted for at least 12-15rwhp.

I decided to go with the the ASMs because they have been used by more 5.3 users AND are a true long tube header unlike the TOGs.

I Think I will be getting my TOG's coated before I put them back on.

I think they weren't keeping the o2's hot enough and were throwing codes and such. Just another thought to throw out.

I will also agree with Hit Man .. they are awsome build quality. I still think the lifetime warranty has something to be said.

I got the ASM's. As far the pulley goes, donkey express should be bringing it in tommorow.
