I called ARH and they said they will put on the connection for me. I live in central america and getting a tune to remove it is difficult, so would rather just leave it there.

This is an incorrect statement, my current slip joint StainlessWorks heads do not leak one iota...and, not too long ago, some OEM manufacturers used to use slip joints on their exhaust systems, some still do, and many aftermarket replacement exhaust systems are slip joint. How many slip joint exhaust systems have you installed that have given you problems? You should have PM'd me and I could have helped you out with how to cure that. In the past 25 years I've installed many slip joint exhaust pieces, and always find a way to keep the exhaust gasses in and the tick noises out.

Nice looking headers Michael, they're definitely top quality

Ive had and isntalled many aftermarket exhaust with slip joints and no problems, I belive its more of a clamp issue than anything. The ubolt clamps SUCK, but the actual slip joint band clamps like supplied with the Corsa exhaust or the walker clamps that a lot of guys go with when building custom stainless exhausts.

I'm using V-bands on this next exhaust system and Kooks 2"x3.5" headers most likely. Regarding the vibration you have had and mensioned in the first post... Its inside the trans... I heard it and drove the truck...90% sure its the Front pump...
