i ordered an intake like 3 weeks ago, money was never withdrawn from my account, it was never shipped, and my phone calls and emails haven't been returned.i cant get ahold of anyone there.... lol, anyone have any ideas?

 

Might just be how they do business About a year ago I was calling them to ask a question after I received my intake, and about 3 days of calling and emails - no response.

 

their customer service is horrible. get another intake and cancel the UPD..
