Anyone installed Calspeed 1 7/8" headers on a 2WD with out the heat/hammer mod?

X2 on this. I've never seen a company so willing to offer "designs" of their product and such, yet hide pictures of their facility, or lack thereof. It's not like pipe bending and jig welding is space-age technology that needs to be hidden in order to retain profit.

Related to our shop etc:
Additionally, if you google or youtube "calspeed ls1" you will see plenty of customers car videos in our shop. We design / prototype our own products and we have them produced by a semi-local CA based manufacturer that also does manufacturing for a few other major exhaust/headers companies CA based.
2) We are a 7200 sq ft full install/chassis dyno/fabrication shop. We design and build prototypes of our products here in California. We have them manufactured here in CA, we test fit prototype samples of each before having production runs made 50-100 sets at a time.
Soooo do you guys make them or does someone else??

As you can see, there's enough space for the maker of the headers to run the collector a few inches to the back and that would had cleared the frame. I don't know if they even test fitted them before selling .

They have been called out in every thread that has been started. They state all sorts of fabricated stories (see what I did there
) but have yet to prove they actually make these headers like they keep saying.
A picture of their shop or proof they actually manufacture these in house would go a long ways. If they do in fact build their own headers the second question is why are they failing so hard at it?

They also do wiring harnesses:

Sounds like they didnt have everything ironed out and put these out a little too soon.
