Default Anyone install aftermarket pistons onn stock rods? Have a question

The stock rods and pistons have the wrist pins pressed in. The Diamond pistons and wrist pins will be held by clips. Are there any modifications needed to be done to the stock rods after knocking out the stock wrist pins??I see the stock wrist pin floats inside the piston and the diamond pistons will require the rod to float since the wrist pin will not be able to slide any once installed.Anything I need to know when we start to do this??

Thanks,
Randy

you dont have to use those clips. just have the diamonds pressed on just like the stockers were. or i guess you could have the stock rods bushed so you could use the floating setup with the clips.
