Anyone with improved mileage 5.3 Magnaflow?

I was wondering if anyone here had an improvement in mileage from adding a Magnaflow muffler system to their truck? Let me know what you thought of it. Thanks.

With all the mods in my sig, I picked up 1 MPG on the highway and lost a couple MPG around town because I can't keep my foot out of it!
