I had a used one that I bought off of tech a couple of years ago...it has maybe 750 miles on it on the new engine. I think that the bearing locked up in it and shorted it out. The power wire melted in a fantastic smoke show that had me thinking that I was losing the truck to a fire. Luckily, it didn't catch anything and I was able to get a stock truck pump from a local shop (at 1:30am) and some friends help swap it out in a Target parking lot.

Gonna call them tomorrow and see what, if anything, can be done. What a long, scary night.
