thats good information, i kow that gm already has problems with multec2 injectors, the service bulletin says to install some tank adative which i guess is similar to 44k and pressure flush injectors with gm top engine cleaner, that usually seem to correct most injector problems. it is probablly a good thing to do to help keep your injectors from getting carboned up at the tip and it helps with cold engine hesitation associated with carbon build up on intake valves.
