Default Anyone have AEM headers?

Anyone have AEM Brute Force LT headers? How are they holding up, and how happy are you with them? How was installation, and what cat/Y-pipe mods did you make to install them?
Looking to put headers on '05 5.3L V8 Chevy, and considering these.
Post pics if possible.

Thanks in advance.

i've heard they're ok. i'd go with the pacesetters or dynamaxx lt's IMO because they are very reputable and are proven.

The AEM LT's arent even out yet, they are still in R&D. My view on all this Pacesetter love went out the window after being able to see a set of the AEM's. Difference in quality is of NO comparison. If you want a completely flawless and cut, hack, weld, pain free install. Then Pacesetter is a big no. Those that have used the y-pipe can attest to that pile of crap. Dynomax is the only answer for now.

I placed an order on the AEM's but god knows when they will come in.

Do you have a link? I've never even heard of them. I got the Dynatech Supermaxx, of course they are sitting in the box they came in, but the quality is top notch. One day I might be able to tell you how they fit/sound/etc.

I forget where it was, but there was a site where they seemed to have them in stock. I have a few questions about them, so I'll probably call AEM anyway.

I've had some cheap headers a long time ago and I'd rather spend a little more for quality and avoid problems. The aem system I was looking at includes high flow cats and the y pipe.
Otherwise I was considering hookers (headers, that is!). Just want a decent quality system for a reasonable price that will last and remain problem free once installed.

Ive called AEM on numerous ocassions. Every time I call. "They arent done, still in R&D. No availibility date listed." I sell the **** on a daily basis and have been harassing AEM alot about them. The Hookers did not impress me. I pulled some off the shelf and looked at them. Welds were ok, flanges disappointed me the most. Very thin and they were not completely flat like the Pacesetters are.

that passenger side cat looks like it would be awfully close to the crossmember to me. I could be wrong though.
