..have any videos of their 4.8 with gutted cats? thiking about getting mine gutted but i want to hear what it sounds like first..

here it is with stock manifolds and cats, but the cats had already gone bad and spit the guts out the tailpipe. Much louder now with the longtubes and no cats with the same muffler.

and ya ive heard about the smell lol,, but that sounds sick....haha anyone else?

You can always do what i did. Install LT's and leave the cats in the corner of your warehouse. Definitely sounds much meaner.

yeah get LTs

i toyed with the idea of gutted cats for a while, but you won't see much of anything IMO

like i said, go with long tubes

Here is the same truck with longtubes and no cats(offroad Y pipe)and the same exhaust, only with no tips.
