Seems like I remember a couple who had them. They said they had 2 settings ... hard or harsh. The TransGo is really the way to go. It does a lot more than just shift kit does.

More like harsh and harsher. Mine would rattle your teeth driving 10mph through a parking lot. Didn't mind that during WOT, but that was the only time I wanted/needed it. Much more adjustability with a Transgo. Unless B&M has changed their products.

SAme here...
I sheered my output shaft in 2,
twice with that kit...

I would bite the bullet and go with the transgo, and not put your self in a bind with the B&M

and they are correct,
there where only 2 settings...
whiplash, or
neck snapping.

B&M has always been rough on hard parts, rare that a builder uses B&M.Nothing wrong with the superiour "late" 4l60e kit

i like the harsh shifts, but won't use any b & m shift kits. they aren't half of what is needed to be a real shift kit. crappy product. they should stick to shifters.

used a B&M kit for my brothers 94 S10 Jimmy. Found the 1-2 accumulator piston and springs were broken when the valvebody was removed. Talked to my shops transmission guro and advised me to leave the piston out and just tap and plug the oil feed hole for the accumulator. we installed the heavy spacer for the 2-3 accumulator but only drilled the holes it wanted to the smaller drill size. The tranny guy said going to the bigger drill size would cause a very bad shift feel. Handsdown, the jimmy shifts a hell of a lot nicer then my truck.

I heard the B&M was shitty. Go with a Transgo instead of wasting your money on a B&M
