Just trying to find out if Allen is on vacation or something... I asked him for a re-tune a while back to hold me over till the motor is done. Well he sent it to me and everything worked out great until later on that night when my SES light came on. Well long story short I pulled the PCM and saw that it had a missing pin on the blue connection side. I called him the same day, and his secretary answered and she said he'd call back but nothing... The next day i called all day from 12:00pm my time until 5:00pm my time, still no answer and this was last week thursday. Any way I left a message friday about the PCM, no call back. Called again Monday, no answer, then I emailed him to try and find out whats going on. Still no answer back, and all I want to do is get a tune and send this one back, but I dont want to send this one first especially if he's not answering. If you talk to him anytime soon just tell him to post here. Hopefully he'll see it. Thanks

You think he's busy 24 hours of every day for the last 5 days? So busy he can't pick up his cell phone while he's taking a **** in the afternoon just to say hey i got your message so im on it.

I've called numberous times Friday and Monday, no answer. Left a message Friday, no return call. Sent him an email Friday and got a response late last night, 10pm AZ time...11 TX I think.

I have also had problems getting ahold of him. I would call one morning, and usally get a retune call within the next two days. I just do everthing through E-mail now. seams to work better. but then again, my tune is good and I'm in no hurry.LOL

I wonder what the deal is... I would think that a simple response would be easier than just plain old not answering
Why not just say hey I'm real busy ill call you back or something. Or hell change the message on the answering machine so it says due to high volume of calls...etc. But to leave your custy's hangin by a thread is not the way to go about it. Especially if they're like me... I do nothing but hype his **** up to everyone I know. I can honestly say that I have probably persuaded at least 20 people on automotiveforums.com alone!! And now I have to tell everyone about my experience so they dont go thinking that its a cake walk.

I talked to him yesterday, he is just really busy right now, it took me a week to get ahold of him, he also e-mailed me yesterday. Just give him some time, i'm sure it will be worth the wait.

Ok sorry for the mishap on everyone else's part... My problem has been resolved, Nelson called me just now and took care of it, No questions asked... For those still waiting on the thier tunes I guess I have to say give him a little more time. I feel like a ***** now cause I thought he just stopped caring but i was wrong

I also had sent an email last Thursday morning concerning a tune update...he answered last night at 11:27PM. No big deal - he is just super busy (the good ones always are!) and it takes him time to catch up.
His tune is worth the wait
and the anticiaption makes getting a new PCM just that much better!!
