Default Any tips on gapping spark plugs?

These little spark plug gap tools seem to be a POS & a PITA to use! I don't think I could gap 8 plugs equal with this kind of tool. Any tips or tecniques in using this or another tool????

If you go with NGK TR6 plugs, they will come pre-gapped at .35,right where you want em for a boosted application
