it is a long story, he has one fully finished header that needs to be test fited, he is telling me once he confirms it fits the header guy can bust out a header in a few hours, have it coated and have it shiped directly to me(header guy is from another state), seems to me that will be hard to make happen in one week since it hasn't happend in 3 months.

also they wait till the last minute to order the turbo, wastegate and intercooler to try and keep alot of expensive parts from sitting around, well there is some problem at the intercooler place and their usual 24hour production time is more like 2 weeks now, well that was 15-16days ago so it should be done but i am not sure about that. the waste gate is on back order but it can be shiped with an older style to get us by. all the tubing needs to be made but acording to seth that can be banged out in a few hours.

see a trend here, everything takes no time to do but has somehow taken 3 months i am at their mercy but if i had known it was going to be this long i would have looked into making my own set up a little harder and certainly wouldn't have given them any money till they were closer to being ready.

At what RPM does max boost kick in? Basically try to get a comparison for some of my import friends that are asking about lag with our bigger V8 engines.

i wish i could tell you personaly but seth is telling me i will have almost no lag. he also said he thinks i can build a slight amount of boost on the line and once the light turns green and i floor it i will have full boost very quickly. we will see soon i hope.

I have a 67mm single turbo on 2003 SS Silverado with a 6.6 litre engine. 4 inch stroke with 4.010 bore. It will make 15 psi against foot brake. With boost set at 9 psi it will make 9 before 2600 rpm if you mat it from idle.
