What does the truck usually run? What do you mean mid 30s or low 40s? Where is Orange TX? Nice truck

Nicely built Truck.
I Finally ended up getting qa1 p# TC 1539P stocker star for my Hotchkis Cal trac setup, 15" compressed 24" extended.

How do you like them, They certanly look like they help transfer.

thats a good setup for the rear.. its what we run.. now ya need to work on the front shocks.

hey creederado...

one more thing.. if those are the 4" drop hodgkis springs be sure and check the compression on those shocks, to make sure theyre not too long. If you have 3" or more you should be all right. My trucks only lowered 2" in the rear.

and yeah we have dyno numbers..
last time it was dynoed at thunder racing it made 368 hp and 382 ft. lbs. we have changed the convertor since though.

slowverado...

as far as weight reduction goes.. it would be the aluminum block, fiberglass hood, front sway bar ..
i have a full fiberglass bedcover.. factory spare, and a quarter of a tank of gas and me makes 4110 lbs.
