Default AMW install w/RADIX question.

Does the AMW catch can hook up the same way as in the instructions, or is it a different hookup with the RADIX?

Thanks

I connected mine per the directions and it seems to be working properly. I drain it every couple of weeks and get a little oil out.

going to install mine tomarrow. Just want to make sure I do it right. It will be my first mod that I do myself. You just connect it the the line that goes into the bottom of the radix air tube right before the TB?

Gotta love honesty! Here ya go:
AMW Catch Can

In regards to the Radix question, I *thought* that I remembered reading that the catch can requires some sort of check valve for supercharged applications?? Might wanna contact AMW on that one

Thank you kindly.

One question, does the "optional bracket" fit our trucks?

04Denali, I am curious as well.

I think the catch can is sucking off the valve cover (if I remember correctly) and the air is going back into the elbow in front of the TB, so, on a Radix, it does not see boost.

If you used the AMW with a paxton or some other centrifugal blower then you would probably have to use a check valve. Even still the hose out of a catch can should be able to be connected to the intake tract somewhere that is on the suction side vice the boost side.

Does anyone else sell catch cans cheaper then 160.00! I might just have to make one.

OBCB I got the optional bracket and it looks sweet on the front of the head. So if the extra 25.00 dollars is not an issue I would do it. Install went easy exept I was doing it on a hot engine. Also I will e-mail you the pictures of my exhaust tomarrow. Sorry it took so long. I had an issue with my e-fans (stopped working) that I had to figure out so I could drive my truck. Turns out I fried 2 relays some how. got it fixed though.

So, did you hook it up with a bypass valve that has been talked about? OR is it cool on the radix without one? I really wish i had jumped on this thing awhile ago at $80.00
