Default Am I going to have clearance problems

Alright I'm finally getting everything together for my cam and head swap and I have a set of 243's I'm getting milled .030" And going to be running a comp 215/223 .604/.610 112+5. Do you think I'm going to have ptv clearance problems with that cam lift? Thanks
