Default alternator wires

I was curious if anyone knew which wires tell the pcm that the battery is charging or to turn off the battery light on the dash. I replaced the alternator with an after market that is not an OEM replacement. So i currently have the stock wires that ran to the alternator taped off. The blinking battery light is a little bothersome so i was curious if anyone has done something to get rid of the warnings in the dash. Ie, do i just need to ground the stock wires, thanks for any help.

FYI, trucks an 03 SSS.

L terminal turns the alt on, F terminal is the reference back to the PCM. If you have your codes scanned you will see a Generator F Terminal code, that it what is illuminating the battery light. I can't remember what the code number is exactly, but it will show in your DTC codes, then you can disable the code in your tune and the light will go away.
