Could just be a bad filter. I never heard of a pump screwing up the corvette filter but I could be wrong. I have the same setup but my pump isn't as strong as yours but I do have a high pressure pump. I have had this setup for three years now.

ok wel I put a regulator on and set it to 60psi and its still missing even at very light throttle and its also does it while cruise is set but its never a continuous steady miss it sounds like it wants to run good but something is just not letting it so itll just through random misses in the like itll miss twice in a row run good for a sec miss once run good for half a sec miss three times run good for two sec some thing like that if that makes any since to you guys. I ordered me a scanner so am gonna try that next and see if I cant find what the problem is.

Ok been busy but anyway. I put a scanner on it and it doesn't show any misfire or nothing. I also put a new fuel filter on checked all my injectors check all the plugs for good spark. Also did a compression test on all the cylinders and they are all good. So now I'm really lost.

Did you swap from a 60e to the 80? With the different ratios and characteristics of the 80e, I wonder if the trans is just behaving differently from your previous setup? I've got to believe a real misfire would show up on a scan tool. I have the 6.0/4L80e myself and every once in a while I think it misses but I never seen anything on Tech 2.

Yep...cracked plug with make her skip every time. Just happened to me when the shop put my LTs on. They nicked #1 when they slid the tubes up. Took a day for it to develop but still a PITA. Actually, Kelly from PCM of NC diagnosed the problem via email...awesome.
