Default AEM brute force?

Has anyone looked at the AEM brute force intake system, if so what are your thoughts on it? Looks like a good system but think it might heat soak?

As with any metal intake that is always the case. The effects may however be off set by the gains. I have been to AEM's facilities Hawthorne and they seem to be top notch ... I have yet to use one nor know anyone that has one. I think your UPD is a good buy and unless you are buying the "look" you are not going to feel a difference between the two.

I agree with oxidizr's point about metal intake piping. Better to stick with a UPD intake.

As far as AEM, well they really jacked me in the past when they did some work on my honda. So much so that I really DO NOT encourage purchasing ANYTHING from them. They are real crooks. Anyway...like I said UPD is the way to go, especially when looking at the seemingly narrow piping on the AEM.
