Has anyone heard Bassani Exhaust on GM trucks? I heard it on a mustang and damn it sounded mean as hell. I just wanna change my magnaflow muffler because i want a little louder muffler, i want to use different brands except flowmaster!

 

I have heard dual bassani mufflers on my buds 97 Vortec350. Sounded good. I'm not really sure how they would sound on an LS based motor though. I came pretty close to using them on my truck though. I opted for dual dynomax bullet race mufflers though. Sounds exceptionally mean with my long tubes. I have heard people say not to use them though without cats as they can be raspy. Magnaflows are a little too quiet for me. Flowmasters sound great too, but I was unimpressed with the performance of them on my truck however. What size magnaflow are you using?

As far as the Bassani on the stang though, don't try and make it sound like them. The mustangs have an exhaust not that is truely unique and there is nothin that you can do to imitate it. The mustangs do sound sweet though, there is not another sound in the world like it.

notsure about gm, but my stepdad had bassani on his 99 f150, i didnt like it too much, it was kinda raspy sounding.

 

I have a 14" single in single out magnaflow muffler using the stock tailpipe.
