Default 99 Suburban engine info needed

Anyone know where to get some good engine/intake info for the GenII 350 Vortech? My buddy looks to have blown out the coolant passage seal at the intake manifold area and I was looking to get some good info before tackling the job.
Thanks in advance!

good advice, use gm gaskets. it's not really a gen II, that was the LT1. it's a fairly common failure, use locktite on the bolts and torque them to spec.

Thanks Zippy! I thought I had heard about the leaks being somewhat common but was not sure.
BTW, when I say leak I should say river! It flows out very fast with a constant drip until the engine is turned off. Just happened out of the blue on him too. Low but hard towing miles on his rig.
