he is selling it soon I think.

The dealership said it was the fuel pump and would be $800 to replace. So I open my mouth and say hey, have tried replacing the FPR and Filter yet? It's easy(thinking GENIII). If that doesn't work we'll just drop the tank and replace the pump.
So we pop the hood and I was like, ewwww.................

I just replaced the fuel pressure reguator and the cylinder 3 and 6 injectors.. my truck runs much better now.. and my power is back.. Can you tell me more information on the multitec 2 injector upgrade that you were talking about.. how much does it cost?

36#? Where do you get 36# injectors that will fit the Vortec manifold?

I am working on a E85 project and badly need 32-36# injectors for mine.

He has the marine style vortec intake with the removeable MPI injectors. Not the stock spider type.

Its the same intake I am running. Iam using 28 lb/hr injectors

As was mentioned, it is the Marine L31 intake manifold I am using. The injectors are Accell, chosen because they are the pintle-type instead of the ceramic disc. It idles so smoothly (stock cam) that you cannot feel it.

fwiw, we did get the job finished, pretty quickly considering all the connections. Ended up costing my buddy about $125 in parts( FPR, filter, FP) and some Pizza

What all is needed to swap to the Marine intake? Do you have P/N's?

What is best source? Dal?

That is the most f-ed up design I have seen from GM!! WOW!!
I am so glad I still don't have my 98 Vortec!!!
