Is there anything 90mm available for the trucks?I just finished installing a 408 stroker and I need a 90mm tb.

sure, FAST makes one, but it won't help you unless you do the manifold with it to accomodate the larger hole. i have the stock intake and TB on mine and don't have any problems. you going NA?

That's right you will have to use the fast setup. I am putting one on my truck but mostly for the ease of putting on a direct port nitrous system.

Yes the truck is NA for now. Just trying to get the most out of it.I have the ls2 90mm tb and intake from a 05 SSR. My problem is I have not figured how to wire up the tb (plugs are different)

What year model truck? Where are you located?

If you have an 03+ truck, maybe this will help:


The LS2 TB electrical connector is physically similar to the 03+ trucks, but the trucks have 8 pins inside while the LS2 has 6 pins.


LS2 90mm
PIN ID
A.) ACT2
B.) ACT1
C.) +5v TPS Reference – Common to both TPS’s
D.) TP1 Signal 0-5v
E.) Common Ground
F.) TP2 Signal 5-0v


03 TRUCK TB
Pin - Wire Color - Function
A - YEL - TAC Motor Control 1
B - BLK/WHT - Low Reference
C - BRN - TAC Motor Control 2
D - BLK - Low Reference
E - LT BLU/BLK - 5 Volt Reference
F - PPL - TP Sensor 2 Signal
G - DK GRN - TP Sensor 1 Signal
H - GRY - 5 Volt Reference

C5 TPS
Pin - Wire Color- -Function
A - DK GRN - 5 Volt Reference
B - PPL - Low Reference
C - DK BLU - TP Sensor 1 Signal
D - YEL/BLK - 5 Volt Reference
E - WHT - Low Reference
F - PNK - TP Sensor 2 Signal

C5 TAC

I'm located in Houston, The truck is a 03 SS Silverado.Do you have a wiring diagram? or know where I can find one?
