This is to help anyone that may have run across this and drove you crazy.
when you buy this GM seal, it comes with a paper that shows you where "THIS SIDE OUT" is. Well, the picture is incorrect and you can look all day on the seal where GM shows and never find it. I have included a picture to help all who have dealt with this or may deal with this in the future. "THIS SIDE OUT" is actually printed on the outer facing lip of the seal (see picture)!
