Default 88-98 Silverado/Siera long tubes!!

We are finally going to be making a LONG TUBE header and an exhaust for the 88-98 Pick-ups.

We have a extended cab/standard bed at our disposal to mock things up on.

Here is where you come in....YOU ARE THE EXPERT, YOU OWN THESE TRUCKS.

What do YOU want to see for this truck application, what is someone else not doing that WE CAN do to make it a popular item. Any and all feedback is welcome.

Like i said you guys know what you want....

A nice thick flange with 1 3/4" primaries and 3" collector. They also need O2 sensor bungs and an EGR fitting. They should also work for 2wd and 4wd.

We need 1 7/8" or 2" options. Schoenfield makes a really nice LT but they limit them to 1 3/4"

I need a set with 1 7/8" primaries and 3" slip on style collectors, kinda like the pacesetters have. I think this would be a perfect header for those of us running a 383 stroker in these trucks.

I agree on making the collectors being slip on instead of having a flange.

I got a 98, and I think the best thing to help with the headers is also making a pipe that goes from the driver header over to the passanger side without a y-pipe making it dual into single. like how the stock exhaust is ran. Because that is my short coming at the moment. I have yet to see a pipe that runs the same way as stock and clears the trans pan and bolts. slip fit like the pacesetter is a plus as well. And, I am unsure how the fitting is, but I have seen the passanger side header collector angle slightly down and not parrallel with the frame making it so I would have to bend the pipe upwards and it would be nice to maybe keep both driver and passanger collectors parrallel if that is possible. I just bought a set of ceramic coated pacesetters and now you guys will be making it in stainless... lol. oh well hey if you need another test truck let me know haha. But yeah, I am jealous of the NBS trucks where they can buy a set of stainless headers and the y-pipe. that is the biggest knot in my exhaust project.
