My transmission is a late model 4L80E with the LS1 type bellhousing and I'm running a Yank SC3000.

My 80 came out of a 02 suburban and it had a dust cover well I had to go buy dust cover anyway. I'm running a 3000 hughes stall and it works great. I went with Hughes because the wait for a Yank was 3 weeks. I'm pretty sure that parish was running a yank but toasted that and went with a TCI 3400 three plate. Hope this helps

**** on Yank. Actually ... dunno if I would give them the effort.

Mine has a dust cover, but it came off an 03.

I've got the Hughes 3000. I kinda wish it was looser, but it's good for daily driving. I do wish it would hit harder when it launches though.

Mine launches a little weak too. But at when you put you foot in it at about 50 mph and that thing locks up after the down shift it feels like I'm going to have to go back and pick up the drive line off the road it hits so hard.
